We strive to promote building close and warm relationships though hugs and we take deep care in building sustainable production and distribution processes. Everything that “be-with” provides is created, produced and sourced in the EU and EU is also our main market that we want to develop. However, our clothing is also available in stores in New York and London.

TEAM MATTERS!

We are a small and very agile team, organising our work both remotely and in our studio in Riga, Latvia. The in-house team consists of the founder Anna Andersone, who has been building companies and social movements for 15 years already, and be-with COO Karīna Plotņikova, who is passionate about sustainability and design, has a Bachelor's degree in Product Design (Clothing) and Master's degree in Management of Culture and Creative Industries. We work closely together with outsourced professional teams in e-commerce, digital marketing, production, distribution, etc.

THE POSITION:

If you are experienced and interested in researching and implementing new strategies, expanding to different markets and enjoy setting and reaching business goals, this is the job for you!

Location: Riga studio or remote from anywhere in the world :) 

YOUR TASKS:

• Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
• Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets;
• Developing new long term business partnerships and expansion of export sales, executing sales plans according to the market development strategy, reaching and exceeding the set sales targets.
• Close cooperation with founders, COO, investors, the marketing team and existing partners;

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• Excellent written and spoken English;
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both oral and written;
• Experience in business or sales development;
• A natural networker who enjoys contact building;
• Independent and flexible personality;
• Creative and a can-do attitude;
• Active and result-oriented mindset;
• University degree in a related field;
• Good computer skills;
• Experience in working with physical product export would be a huge plus.
